Can I still submit an abstract for a technical session?

The abstract deadline for WCX has passed. You can still participate by attending the WCX technical sessions. Check out the six unique tracks in the robust technical programming.

What topics will be covered in the technical sessions?

The technical sessions cover six tracks, from safety to powertrain. This cornerstone of WCX enables you to engage with industry experts from around the globe to solve problems and move the mobility industry forward.


What educational opportunities are on the Exhibition Floor?

WCX offers a wealth of opportunities to expand your knowledge. Interact with new technologies in the Learning Lab where you can also ask questions and, in some cases, experience hands-on demonstrations. The Knowledge Bar features subject-matter experts will lead 40-minute discussions on the critical technology listed below that will advance the design, deployment and development of future vehicles.  The goal of the knowledge bar is to get your questions addressed and to help problem solve issues you are having in a casual environment

How many companies will be exhibiting at WCX?

Close to 200 exhibitors — including of OEMs, suppliers, and technology companies — will be exhibiting at WCX.

What are the hours of the Exhibition Floor?

Tuesday 8:45 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Wednesday 8:45 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Thursday 8:45 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Are photography and/or videotaping allowed on the Exhibition Floor?

Attendees are permitted to bring camera equipment onto the Exhibition Floor. Exhibitors retain the right to restrict photography of their products or displays and such decisions are within the discretion of the exhibitor and are not controlled by SAE International. Please note that photographs and video taken by attendees shall be the property of SAE.

How do I apply to exhibit at WCX, and what are the payment terms?

Download the Exhibitor Contract from the list of Exhibit Resources. 50% deposit is due upon submission of contract. If contract is submitted after December 23, 2019, 100% payment is due upon submission of contract. Any balance remaining must be paid by December 23, 2019.

What are the rates for exhibiting at WCX, and are any discounts offered for SAE members?

Depending on the space needed for exhibiting, prices range from $50–$70 per square foot. Visit the Exhibit & Sponsor pages to see information on special exhibitor sponsorship rates.

What is included with the exhibit space?

Depending on exhibit space purchased, opportunities can include: company listings in WCX materials, exhibitor and customer one-day registrations, and more. See a full list of items included in your exhibit space.
