Health and Safety Information


Huntington Place COVID-19 Health and Safety Measures

  • All visitors in Huntington Place are required to take the health screening (including temperature check) upon entering the building

  • Look for signage throughout the center that explains health measures that keep the virus from spreading

  • Facemasks are optional

  • Physical distancing of 6-feet is required at all times

  • Huntington Place conducts rigorous cleaning protocol outlined in the VenueShield® and GBAC STAR programs

  • The Huntington Place security team is ready to help and fully equipped in case of visitor illness

What Attendees Can Do to Heighten Safety and Security

  • Limit the number and size of bags you carry 

  • Keep your event badge and government-issued photo ID on you as you enter show venues

  • Pre-register online 

  • Build time into your schedule for possible screening delays

  • Avoid bulky clothing

  • Leave luggage at your hotel

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRANTS PLANNING TO ATTEND IN-PERSON:

  • All in-person attendees must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination (must be fully vaccinated) or provide a negative COVID test result within 72 hours of the event through the CrowdPass Health Screening. Boosters not required. 

  • For those planning to get a COVID-19 test 72 hours prior to arrival, the test must be administered by a medical professional at a government testing site, pharmacy, clinic, or doctor’s office. PCR tests and Rapid Test types will be accepted, as long as they are performed at a site administered by medical professionals.

Q. What is CrowdPass? Why is SAE using CrowdPass?

A. CrowdPass is a safe and secure vendor that SAE is using to verify vaccination status of our attendees and participants at our in-person events. We have selected this vendor to help ensure our events are as safe as possible for all in attendance. Your data will be destroyed 30 days after the event.

  • Once registered for our in-person event, you will need to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test by uploading your vaccination card to CrowdPass. Use this link to access the Health Screening Form. Please complete this process before arriving on-site to ensure a smooth check-in process.

  • When registering and entering your vaccination information in CrowdPass, be sure to use your name exactly as it appears on your COVID-19 vaccination card. Use the same email address you used to register for the SAE WCX Conference.

  • You will receive an email reminding you to submit your proof of vaccination or upload a negative COVID test prior to coming on-site to the event. The email will be sent from support@crowdpass.co.  If you do not receive it, check your spam or junk folder.
