The Center for Automotive Diversity, Inclusion & Advancement (CADIA) is a non-profit organization focused on advancing talent in the automotive industry in a diverse and inclusive way.  CADIA and SAE International have partnered to present Rev Up 2030, to be held April 22, 2020 at the TCF Center (formerly Cobo Center), Detroit, MI, in concurrence with the WCX 2020 SAE World Congress Experience, North America’s largest mobility engineering event.

Rev Up 2030 will feature industry experts, panel discussions and case studies in Diversity & Inclusion, with topics that include:

  • Finding, Attracting and Developing Talent

  • Cultural Awareness:  What You Need to Know

  • The Importance of D&I “Allyship”

  • Career Advancement Tips

  • Company D&I Success Stories

New for 2020, Rev Up 2030 will offer an optional break out:  Diversity & Inclusion 101 and an afternoon Career Fair, along with an optional curated visit to the SAE Show floor.

Automotive companies of all types will benefit by learning more about D&I in the industry; take-aways will include practical application of D&I essentials at the organizational level. Individuals will gain insight into personal and career growth and development.  Company D&I champions and advocates, diverse professionals, and anyone interested in learning more about the automotive industry and Diversity & Inclusion should attend.
