DEI at SAE International

Our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) starts with our people and culture. Through a foundation where everyone feels welcome and an environment that models the change we hope to reflect into the world, we impactfully and dynamically deliver our mission.

As such, we not only create a diverse team where everyone feels represented and respected, but also embed these values across our work and philanthropy at large. We accomplish this through our 3 Cs:

Culture

We foster an environment that exemplifies collaboration, ignites innovation, and values inclusion, diversity and equity to achieve excellence. SAE employees bring their full selves to their roles, allowing a vibrant array of perspectives to drive organizational progress.

Connection

We create opportunities for employees and volunteers to come together do their best work. Through engagement across the business, members of our Women's Leadership Network, BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color), and LGBTQ+ Business Resource Groups (BRGs) emphasize the importance of diverse voices to accomplish SAE’s mission.

Community

SAE exists as a microcosm of the world around us, made up of a group of mobility professionals as brilliant and diverse as the solutions they create. At our core, SAE is an organization built on inclusive collaboration across companies and borders to create the most informed and beneficial societal impact.

#SAEGives

We unleash the potential of a brilliant mix of people to do good in every corner of the globe that we serve. Through the very nature of our existence as a global organization, inclusion and diversity are baked into our identity. The SAE International community is a group of vibrant professionals working together to advance mobility for the benefit of humanity—with no filters or limitations.

In Action

We lead by example—and know when to step aside and let other voices take center stage. We make space for the important conversations that need to happen both within SAE as an organization and the world of mobility at large. See what our community members have to say.
