ISO 19011:2018 provides guidance on auditing management systems, including the principles of auditing, managing an audit program, conducting management system audits, and evaluating the competence of individuals involved in the audit process. This course explores the internal audit process detailed in ISO 19011:2018 for all ISO management standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 13485, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 (formerly ISO/TS 16949). The guidelines provided within represent the best way to build and manage an audit program and how to plan and conduct audits.
