Supercritical fluid extractor

Supercritical Fluid Technologies’ SFT-250 supercritical fluid extractor is designed to perform extractions in supercritical fluid and meets the rigors of the research lab. The system also may be used for small-scale pilot processing. It is simple to operate and easy to modify for evolving applications needs. The extraction vessel is forged from 17-4-PH stainless steel, which is stronger and lighter than traditional stainless steel. Vessels can range in size from 100 mL to 5 L. Pressures range up to 10,000 psi and temperatures to 200°C, ensuring that the unit can meet most supercritical fluid applications. PID controllers manage pumping rates, pressures, temperature zones, and safety interlocks.
