The CL-712 from HED is a solid-state Cortex A8 ARM microcontroller-based display and member of the HED CANLink multiplexed control family. Delivered in a plastic enclosure, the unit provides communication messages to the end-user. The CL-712 is designed for use as a stand-alone unit or as part of a distributed system. Features include a sealed enclosure for external mounting, panel and RAM mount capability, sunlight-readable 10.1 inch TFT Color LCD display, WXGA 1280×800 pixel format (217.0 mm × 135.6 mm), LED backlight with 1000 cd/m2 brightness, dual video, and 800 MHz processing speed. The system can be programmed with the CANLink Arranger programming tool or directly by HED engineering. Dual processor design allows for immediate CAN communication on power-up. Also available are the CANect CL-T05 series Wi-Fi device with CAN, USB, and Wi-Fi capability (optional Ethernet and GPS); and the CANect CL-T06 cellular device with CAN, USB, GSM, and GPS (optional Ethernet).
