Women’s Panel and GM Super Cruise Technology Highlight Special Events at SAE International’s World Congress Experience

SAE International’s WCX World Congress Experience will feature three special events designed to stimulate thought and discussion on cultural transformations across the automotive industry, showcase the newest vehicle technology, and celebrate the best innovation.

Annual Global Automotive & Mobility Innovation Challenge (GAMIC)

Tuesday, April 10
Noon – 5:30 p.m.
Room 252B, Cobo Hall

Automotive and Mobility solutions from around the globe will be center stage at the 10th Annual GAMIC presented by SAE International and MI Innovation Alliance. Twelve finalists competing in four categories will be presenting their early-stage transportation products and mobility solution in hopes of winning $300,000 in commercialization assistance and cash awards. The goal of GAMIC is to bring new technologies to the forefront, accelerate commercialization, and help forge new partnerships and collaborations for growth.

General Motors Super Cruise Technology Vehicle Event

Wednesday, April 11

SAE members and guests will have the opportunity to hear a presentation from key members of the General Motors Team surrounding the technology of the Super Cruise.
