2018-12-06
WARRENDALE, Pa.
Registration is now open for the SAE International 2019 AeroTech® Americas conference, which will be held March 26-28 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charleston Airport Hotel and Convention Center in Charleston, S.C.
Now held annually, AeroTech Americas will bring together all of the best minds and key stakeholders to share information on emerging and applied technologies, discuss industry issues, and connect with other aviation professionals.
This year’s theme will be “Advancing Technology: Shaping the Future of Aviation.” Technical sessions, lively panel discussions and keynote presentations will offer all of the newest technologies needed to manufacture the aircraft of tomorrow—additive manufacturing, Industry 4.0, AR/VR technology, digital thread, blockchain and more.
Unlike other aerospace and defense events, this conference focuses on the practical application and implementation of technology, and not just on academic research and product development. The AeroTech Americas technical program explores all of today’s most important topics, from blended/hybrid-wing-body designs and electric technologies, to unmanned systems and urban air-taxis, to navigating environmental regulations and budget constraints.
