The SAE Foundation is excited to recognize Jim Farley, president and chief executive officer, of Ford Motor Company, as the recipient of the 2023 SAE Foundation Industry Leadership Award. “This honor is a testament to Jim’s prestigious career, dedication to community and education, and in recognition of the significant contributions Ford Motor Company has made toward the mission of SAE Foundation.” Said Lori Gatmaitan, vice president of SAE Foundation and STEM learning. “Farley’s passion for automobiles and forward-thinking focus personify the spirit of the Industry Leadership Award and we are proud to honor him with this recognition.”
