Application of Integrated Sensor Module for Active Roll Control Systems 2006-01-1465

Cornering maneuvers with reduced body roll and without losses in comfort are heading the wish list of car manufacturers. In addition to this, driving safety can be improved considerably with Active Roll Control Systems, such as the new developed ADC (Active Dynamic Control) [4]. The required performance of vehicle sensors will be outlined based on the novel integration of an inertial sensor module with an ADC system.
