Especially in the automobile, the seat is always in touch with passenger's being and interacts seamlessly with the automobiles. Accordingly, it is necessary to respond more actively to the needs of subdivided consumers by responding to theaforementioned trends
This study was refined by including functions to our seat that considered our customer 's diversified body typesand sitting styles. We developed the optimal seating mode by deriving major behavior patterns in the vehicle throughout, including lifestyle research and behavior analysis of our customers.
Benchmarking the seat of the heterogeneous industry has improved long-distance comfort and support by reflecting the ergonomically stableand weightless posture model. This data has shown the following characteristics.
- Apply three seating modes to reflect VIP customer lifestyle (relax, video, reading)
- Stable and slip-free sitting posture
- Improvement of support by differentiating the properties of the pad by seating area
- Comfortable staying even when you sit for a long time
Our five new mechanisms, including the shoulder adjuster, have been developed to enable ergonomically optimalposture While taking into consideration their various body shapes. We applied twenty kinds of logic which has produced the developed mechanism. Our consumers convenience and safety have been drastically improved.
