A sliding door system is one of the vehicle door types, which is generally applied to the MPVs.
Lately apply the door system getting expended, because of easy to open and close the door, and to get on and off the vehicle for every age, old, young, male, and female.
The Sliding door system is contains three rails which are an upper rail, a center rail, and lower rail, which are mounted on body structure side, and three rollers which are the upper roller, the center roller, Lower roller,which are mounted on the sliding door side.
The sliding door system is different from a swing door, which is rotated by one hinge axis, can be easliy calculated operation force at moving trace.
but sliding door system is moving on three different dimension. so complicated to calculate operating force at each position.
On developing vehicle, set up sliding door layout for stabilized performance, to calculate operating force is one of the main factors for optimized layout, So in this study, it is an object to analyze the impact between the main factors affecting the performance of the closing and open performance and the sliding door through the study formula and a layout scheme for ensuring the best operating performance of the sliding doors.
