Identification analysis of the Powertrain Excitation Forces 2019-01-1547

In order to get the excitation forces of the powertrain, an identification method should be established, which use the experimental data as the input parameters. The powertrain excitations identified through the direct method and the mount deformation method are compared. The robustness analysis of the input parameters affecting the identification results are proposed. The results show that the powertrain excitations identified through two methods are basically the same, since the mount acceleration at the body side are really small. The powertrain mass, mount stiffness and mount acceleration phase affect the identification results.
