New Rating System for Earthmover Tires 620500

Tires used on earthmoving equipment contribute as much as the machine itself to the satisfactory performance of the work load. Hence, they must be able to withstand maximum operating temperatures and conform to other criteria. The rating system developed here offers the user of earthmoving equipment a means of accurately estimating job cost and also provides him with a standard by which he can determine equipment necessary. This system has been developed as a supplement to the Tire and Rim Association recommended ratings.
