Advanced Army Components Technology Program 650707

The Army’s advanced small gas turbine engine components technology program is described, including the program objectives and specific components performance goals of the current efforts. A brief progress report on compressor, turbine, and regenerator investigations indicates highlights of progress to date. The demonstrator engine effort expected to result from the components experimental hardware contracts is discussed relative to an existing exploratory accessories study.
