A Five-Cylinder Engine as an Economical, Smooth-Running Power Plant 770112
For the first time in the history of automobile engineering AUDI NSU have introduced a 5-cylinder in-line gasoline engine for production cars designed to run at speeds up to about 7,000 rpm. This unusual new design makes it possible to set new standards of performance and smoothness, while still retaining the advantages of front wheel drive.
