Determining Airless Sprayability of Materials 770824
Pressures and flow rates were adjusted to maximize sprayability for a range of viscous materials. Correlations were sought between sprayability and the three properties density, viscosity, and cohesiveness. Only cohesiveness matched sprayability of these materials. A simple test for cohesiveness is presented.
