The NS80CX48, A New CMOS, Single Chip Microcomputer for Critical Control and Low Power Applications 820185
The paper will serve as an introduction to the MS30CX43, national Semiconductor’s new CMOS addition to the popular Series 43 family of one-chip microcomputers. The topics covered will include the history and evolution of the 3043 family from N-Channel MOS to P 2 CMOS, the technology which makes it possible, and the special features of the NS530CX48 compared to the standard 30C43 with some systems examples in automative applications.
