Flash Butt Welded Rim for Fabricated Automotive Aluminum Disc Wheel 820339

The serious problem encountered in the process of producing 2-piece fabricated automotive aluminum disc wheel, in which a forged disc is welded into a flash butt welded rim, lies in the development of cracks on the weld in the roll forming process.
