This paper will review the design and development of a 2000 pound capacity articulate loader. It will focus on design concepts to achieve a cost effective quality loader for the low capitalized customer. It will reveal some new concepts in the application of hydrostatic drives and simplified mechanical power transmissions to achieve cost and quality objectives.
