A new evaluation concept for integrated EW system testing is presented. The resulting simulation and evaluation system, titled the Tactics and Equipment Evaluator, features closed loop operation with the system under test (SUT). The SUT can be evaluated against reactive coordinated threats in a high density simulated scenario with over 2000 platforms and multimillion pulse per second densities. The SUT environment is generated pulse-by-pulse at the digital or RF level.
