The most important element in managing a company is how well we use each employee's capabilities, and demonstrate our overall abilities - with limited manpower. The introduction of various systems that we have developed for manpower capability are as follows:
The Job Grade System
This means that the company provides all employees with a clear task of criteria and that it correctly evaluates individual Job Grade Achievements.
Education and Training System
This system extends Job Grades. In order to reflect the needs of the worksite, we have set up education committees which determine the appropriate educational curriculums.
Technical Certification System and Training Education
We have developed these concepts, which have enabled us to accomplish the following:

Due to these changes, we now have a willingness to work, pay raises, and status promotions. Because of the three accomplishments mentioned above, we have been able to establish the Manpower Development Cycle System, which has produced excellent results in employee motivation for workplace.
