Thermoplastics: Wasted, Rejected, Reclaimed, Recycled 890497

Relatively new to the United States is technology which allows some thermoplastics contaminated with other materials or plastics to be recycled rather than landfilled. Many manufacturing environments view the identification, separation, and recovery of contaminated plastics as a social and/or moral issue which cannot be economically justified. Others are just not aware of the alternatives. The issue of waste plastic will be dealt with by the producing/manufacturing segment or by government.
