Programmable Controller in the Information Control 891321

Programmable controller (PLC) can be used not only for process control but also information control to increase productivity.

For discrete switching system PLC obtains various parameters from switching status sequence and intervals. Analysing these parameters, the information about production, reject rate, fault frequency and production efficiency can be acquired. Besides, the parameters can also be used for diagnosis, fault forecast and further more co-ordenating the relation among diffirent processes.

Above mentioned control has been realiezed on a casting automatic line in No.2 Auto Works.
