Experimental Modal Analysis for Bending Vibration of Automobile Power Trains 912573

In this paper, the elastic bending modals of an automobile power train and its components installed on benches are measured by multi-point excitation method. The 1st order bending modal of the power train installed on the real automobile is done by single point excitation method. Some variation characters of the bending modal frequencies and mode shapes of power trains under different installation conditions have been found.
