This document provides guidance concerning the maintenance and serviceability of oxygen cylinders beginning with the quality of oxygen that is required, supplemental oxygen information, handling and cleaning procedures, transfilling and marking of serviced oxygen assemblies. This document attempts to outline in a logical sequence oxygen quality, serviceability, and maintenance of oxygen cylinders. Content of this document can also be used for refilling of oxygen cylinder while installed on aircraft, directly or through an intermediate charging port.

This new document, at a minimum a recommended practice, will use as a basis the existing SAE J2945/1 to a version that uses LTE V2X (Long Term Evolution Vehicle to X) as specified in 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project) R-14 as the radio access technology and on-board vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) safety communications system for light vehicles. This new document addresses the on-board system needs for ensuring that the exchange of BSMs (Basic Safety Messages) in V2V safety communications provides the desired interoperability and data integrity to support the performance of the envisioned safety applications. Specifically, this new document will include standards profiles, functional requirements, and performance requirements.

This standard defines requirements for the preparation and execution of the audit process. In addition, it defines the content and composition for the audit reporting of conformity and process effectiveness to the 9100-series standards, the organization's QMS documentation, and customer and statutory/regulatory requirements. The requirements in this standard are additions or represent changes to the requirements and guidelines in the standards for conformity assessment, auditing, and certification as published by ISO/IEC (i.e., ISO/IEC 17000, ISO/IEC 17021-1). When there is conflict with these standards, the requirements of the 9101 standard shall take precedence. NOTE 1: In this standard, the term “9100-series standards” comprises the following Aerospace Quality Management System (AQMS) standards: 9100, 9110, and 9120; developed by the IAQG and published by various national standards bodies.

The Model Description Documentation Recommended Practice for Ground Vehicle System and Subsystem Simulation defines the recommended information content to be included for documenting dynamical models used for simulation of ground vehicle systems. It describes the information that should be compiled to describe a model for the following user applications or use cases: (1) exchange, promotion, and selection; (2) creation requests; (3) development process management; (4) compatibility evaluation, (5) testing-in-the-loop simulations with hardware and/or software; (6) simulation applications; and (7) development and maintenance. For each use case, a Model Description Documentation (MDD) template is provided in the appendices to facilitate model documentation. In addition, an example of a completed model documentation template is provided in the appendices.

This document describes a process that may be used to perform the ongoing safety assessment for (1) GAR aircraft and components (hereafter, aircraft), and (2) commercial operators of GAR aircraft. The process described herein is intended to support an overall safety management program. It is to help a company establish and meet its own internal standards. The process described herein identifies a systematic means, but not the only means, to assess continuing airworthiness. Ongoing safety management is an activity dedicated to assuring that risk is identified and properly eliminated or controlled. The safety management process includes both safety assessment and economic decision-making. While economic decision-making (factors related to scheduling, parts, and cost) is an integral part of the safety management process, this document addresses only the ongoing safety assessment process.
