This process guidebook describes the Design Review Based on Failure Modes (DRBFM) methodology, as defined by Dr. Tatsuhiko Yoshimura, and introduces Design Review Based on Test Results (DRBTR), a methodology designed to evaluate products after test, regardless of pass or fail.
