Friction Materials
(Session Code: BC100)

Room California  10:30 a.m.

Presenters describe recent discoveries and innovations in friction materials development, particularly the new trends in environmentally friendly formulations and the role of a wide spectrum of raw materials used in friction materials. The invited talk will address the recent development in ceramic C-SiC brake disk and pad materials. The session is an ideal place to meet the people in the formulating and raw material industry and a place to have an open discussion on the challenges and opportunities we face in our work.
