Registrations received after Sept. 9, 2019, will automatically be charged the on-site price. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 PERMITTED. All cancellations must be received by SAE prior to Sept. 9, 2019. A $50 processing fee will be assessed for each canceled registration that results in a refund. Refunds for special event/meal tickets will not be processed after Sept. 9, 2019. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs on or after Sept. 9, 2019.
