Registration Packages:

Package 1

All registrants receive admittance to Tuesday – Thursday technical sessions, exhibit, luncheons, Tuesday networking reception, networking breaks and the presentations from the event where permission has been granted.

Registration Hours:

  • Tuesday, October 15: 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, October 16: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, October 17: 8:00–10:00 a.m.

Conditions of Sale:

Registrations received after September 27, 2019 will automatically be charged the on-site price. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 PERMITTED. All cancellations must be received by SAE prior to September 27, 2019. A $50 processing fee will be assessed for each canceled registration that results in a refund. Refunds for special event/meal tickets will not be processed after September 27, 2019. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs on or after September 27, 2019.
