ASPQP™ Congratulates Aero Fasteners Pvt Ltd on TS200™ Qualification

ROHTAK, INDIA, June 25, 2024 – ASPQP is proud to announce that Aero Fasteners Pvt Ltd has become the first Indian-based manufacturer of aerospace fasteners to be included in the TS200 Database.
Following several months of dedicated product development by Aero Fasteners, the Engine and Airframes Technical Standards Committee Quality Management Board (EATSC QMB) appointed Mr. Geraint Williams, Senior Principal Engineer Specialist and Program Manager at ASPQP, as the mandated body representative. In April 2024, Mr. Williams attended the Aero Fasteners Pvt Ltd manufacturing facility in Rohtak, India, to witness the products undergoing performance tests. These tests, designed to replicate the in-use conditions experienced by these parts, ensure the products meet the design intent for their entire lifecycle.

The leadership and vision demonstrated by Mr. Jasmer Lather, Mr. Nikhil Lather, Mr. Krishan Malik, and the engineering quality department were pivotal. Their efforts ensured that all standard parts presented for testing were in full compliance with the TS202 process. This achievement is a testament to their collective engineering expertise, manufacturing capabilities, and unwavering focus on quality. All parts tested under these arduous conditions performed admirably and met all TS172 requirements.
“From the very beginning, ASPQP provided clear and supportive guidance, making our first qualification process much smoother than we had anticipated,” Said Nikhil Lather, “When we finally received your call confirming our approval, it was a moment of celebration for our entire facility.”
Following the successful witnessed testing and peer review of the collected data, the EATSC QMB has unanimously granted Aero Fasteners Pvt Ltd approval to manufacture AS63281, AS63283, and AS63285 standard parts. With this approval, Aero Fasteners Pvt Ltd becomes the 53rd TS200 qualified manufacturer.
