he Spring session of the Section Officers Leadership Seminar (SOLS) hosted by SAE International is designed to equip our Section leaders with the skills, knowledge, and connections necessary to excel in their roles and lead their Sections effectively.

In this virtual training, which will be conducted via Hopin, participants will have the opportunity to engage in sessions focused on section operations, volunteer/member recruitment, and best practices for member engagement. Expert speakers and facilitators will provide valuable insights and guidance tailored to the needs of Section officers.

• UNDERSTANDING THE SAE MENTORING/VOLUNTEER PROGRAM (12:30 P.M.)
       How your section can utilize it in the work with student chapters for mentoring and communication

• FINANCIAL (1:30 P.M.)
       Documents/accounting/banking

• MEMBERSHIP RECUITMENT (2:00 P.M)
       Recruiting and retention and how you can assist on the local level.
