The revision adds reporting information (3.1.2), updates surface finish (3.2.1), adds pyrometry and continuous heat treatment (3.3), adds strain rate requirements (3.4.1.3), prohibits unauthorized exceptions (3.4.1.4, 3.8, 4.4.1, 5.1.1, 8.3), and allows prior revisions (8.4).
