STABILIZATION DOES NOT IMPLY THE PROCESS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR APPLICATIONS FOR WHICH IT IS DESIGNED. ANY CHANGES NOTED BY A USER WHICH RESULTS IN A CHANGE OF GUIDANCE WILL BE ADDRESSED BY A NEW REVISION.
