Rationale: WPAFB’s LGTF has developed a Missionized Wear Testing procedure for its 168i dynamometer to replace the old energy method which has been out of use for 5 years. The test simulates mission cycles on a variety of runway surfaces and can be used for comparative/predictive wear testing. The new ARP will present the test theory and procedures.
