Rationale: It is important to understand why certain tests are in the Military Standards for EEEE piece parts. The education of a future workforce, the understanding of applicability to a given test to a certain mission, or the understanding of whether a different approach can be used to achieve the same resulting confidence or the primary drivers for why this task is relevant.
