Current revision will only contain Part 25 and lapbelt installed airbags. Future revisions will expand to include Structural airbags, 3-point restraint airbag, pre-tensioner etc.
Rationale: Airbags have been installed on seats for more than a decade, but we don't have any standards documents. This document is intending to capture industry standards followed for airbag component qualification and installation requirements.
