Truck Tractor Power Output for Trailer ABS

This SAE Recommended Practice identifies the minimum truck tractor electrical power output of the stop lamp and ABS
(antilock brake system) circuits measured at the primary SAE J560 tractor trailer interface connector(s).
Rationale: The SAE J2247 Document was updated to remove reference to the ISO3731 document which has since been included in
the SAEJ560 document. Also additional clarification has been added to Section 5, the test procedure, and
recommendations to determine the source of voltage drop added in Section 5.7.1.
