Scope
This specification covers a corrosion and heat resistant nickel-iron alloy in the form of bars, forgings, flash welded rings, and stock for forging or flash welded rings.<p>These products have been used typically for parts, such as turbine discs, shafts, and blades, requiring high strength than AMS 5660 up to 1400 °F (760 °C) and oxidation resistance up to 1600 °F (871 °C), but usage is not limited to such applications.
