Brazil and Automotive Regulation in the Globalized World.

This report gathers material concerning the main automotive regulations which worked as a reference for the origin and formation of Brazil automotive regulation, the CONTRAN - “Conselho Nacional de Trânsito”. The reference is objective on regulations such as FMVSS - “Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard”, from USA and UNECE - “Economic Commission for Europe of the United Nations” where the focus will be given to the work being developed by the WP.29 - “World Forum for Harmonization of Vehicle Regulations”, belonging to UN.
