It is known that the crew life-support system (LSS) working on board the orbital station (OS) MIR is based both on supplies and circulation of main substances providing regeneration of atmosphere and water in flight. The system of gas composition providing (SGCP) plays an important role in LSS of the orbital station. On the whole it includes the system of gas impurities removal from air; the system of carbon dioxide removal and its concentrating; the system to obtain oxygen; complementary blocks and complexes (figure 1) [1]. These subsystems are continuously functioning on board the orbital complex. After the module KWANT was created, the system of electrochemical oxygen providing by means of water electrolyzes was put into function.

At the present time the problem of supplying the crew of an orbital complex with drinking water is solved by the creation of a stock of conditioned water tinned by silver ions and refilled by payload spaceships and by system of water regeneration from atmosphere humidity condensate. In the latter the processes of heating and regeneration of water is realized by electrical heating of water-containing capacity of volume 750 ml during ∼ 60 minutes up to temperature 90 °C.
