As the developmental application of the hybrid system provided with a gasoline engine and electric motors for a power plant, the hybrid snow thrower for general consumer use has been verified based on the key concept of improved handling and operability. Operator load has been reduced significantly by mounting the driving levers on the driving system frame and placing the operating controls in a fixed location. In addition, the use of an electric operating system reduces the amount of force required to operate the various controls.
