Personal injury litigation continues to increase at an alarming rate. Many of these law suits which involve vehicular accidents require not only a thorough knowledge of various engineering disciplines but also necessitate a clear and effective presentation for the jurors. For the presentation to be effective, the event should be depicted in a concise and lucid manner. This paper discusses various techniques which the authors have found to be effective in legal cases.
