Rationale: Remove requirements for all Class A and Class C sealant materials as no current approved manufacturers have plans to offer these classes of sealant materials nor have any users expressed a need for these classes. Should users express a need for either class of sealants in the future, specification will then readdress applicable requirements with supporting data. Change reference testing fluid from AMS3020 to AMS3400 and AMS3021 to AMS3023, including general specification editorial updates.
