System Recommendations for Power Conversion between Propulsive and Nonpropulsive Buses

This document addresses recommendations for power conversion between electrical buses with noise and/or voltage disparities. These recommendations include isolation, grounding and bonding, filtering and other such practices, and power converter topologies for common applications.
Rationale: The intent of this Aerospace Information Report (AIR) is to gather information and requirements to adress needs of power conversion between propulsive electrical network with its own constraints and non propulsive electrical network also called ATA24 electrical network ruled by electrical standards and requirements.
