Theoretical and Experimental Research Into Dynamic Considerations of Motor Vehicle Transmissions Utilizing Numerical Calculators 785126
In actual conditions of use automobile transmissions are subjected to various dynamic considerations, either transient (acceleration, starting, combinations of velocity and braking) or stabilized. To study these modes a number of experimental and theoretical researches have been conducted through dynamic and mathematical models of differing complexity contingent on the aim sought and of the possibilities of resolving the systems of differential equations which describe the physical phenomena of the transmission. With the aid of large capacity numerical calculators the differential equation systems can be resolved, by applying approximate numerical integration methods and obtaining quickly data concerning the nature and magnitude of the dynamic loads in the transmission. The author describes a theoretical research method for the results of research into the transient modes of two diesel equipped trucks.
