Studies on Methanol or Ethanol and Gasoline Thermal Blending Fuel System 880041

This paper deals with methanol or ethanol and gasoline fuel system in spark ignition engines. As the compatibility of methanol-gasoline and ethanol-gasoline varies with the temperature and water content, the two fuels are blended and mutually dissolved by heating before entering the carburetor incorporating without any additives, thus eliminating the problems of phase separation of the blended fuel and other problems.
