Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen, I am glad to have the opportunity to talk to you today on this SAE AEROTECH 88 Meeting. Session “Fitness for Duty” as a representative of Lufthansa German Airlines. The title of my presentation with be “The Design of Crew Rest Quarters”.
First I wouid like to give you some general background information about this topic, later on I will explain to you the working contracts concerning the duty times of Lufthansa (DLH) Flight crews as well as the technical and operational application of crew rest facilities on board for cockpit and cabin crews.
